JUSTICE INITIATIVE FUND ("Fund" or "we"), adhere to the following Terms and Conditions of use.

1. Scope

1.1. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by and comply with the following terms and conditions of use (these “Terms”) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 1.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Site.

2. Donation regulations

2.1. Making a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms for that donation. We will use your donation at our discretion but within our objectives, which are determined by the Head of the Fund and other members of the project. 2.2. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider. 2.3. When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. We won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of the donation regulations prescribed in this Section and by agreeing to these Terms you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

3. Our guarantees

3.1. The Fund is using all collected funds in accordance with Ukrainian and international laws and the Charter of the Fund. 3.2. All donations are used in accordance with the priorities of the Fund itself at the current moment of its activity, which are determined by the Head of the Fund and other members of the project. 3.3. Taking into account the specifics of the Fund's work with information that can be used for a long time by law enforcement bodies of Ukraine for operational purposes, the Fund can guarantee reporting on targeted write-off of funds only on the results of the work, and not during the work itself. In other words, reporting on the movement of funds cannot coincide with the time of withdrawal or use of these funds, and the user agrees to this when making a donation.

4. Intellectual property

4.1. You understand and agree that we own, or (where applicable) we have lawfully obtained and/or licensed from third parties, all right, title, and interest in and to the Site and all of the Content. You acknowledge and agree that the Content constitutes valuable proprietary information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other proprietary rights, laws, and treaties of Ukraine and other jurisdictions, and that you acquire no ownership interest by accessing or using the Site or the Content. Such intellectual property rights may include, but are not limited to, copyrights, trademarks and service marks, trade dress, and trade secrets. All such rights are and will remain the property of the Fund or its licensors and content providers.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5.1. You agree that your use of the Site and associated services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, and that your use of the Site and associated services is at your sole risk. The Fund explicitly excludes any other conditions, guarantees, warranties or terms in relation to the Site or its associated services, to the extent permissible by law and regulations of Ukraine.
